RESOLUTION NO. 2017-49
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
THE AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Development Agreement, dated January 23, 2017, between Bertha Johnson and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale and rehab of a residential home, located at 1420 Byron
Avenue, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2017.
