RESOLUTION NO. 2017-50
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6)
POLICE PATROL VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of six (6) police patrol vehicles for the Police
Department, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of six (6) police patrol vehicles for the Police
Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase of six (6) police patrol
vehicles for the Police Department,upon notice, was held on January 23, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of six (6) police patrol vehicles for the Police Department are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23`d day of January 2017.
