RESOLUTION NO. 2017-51
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF SIX (6), POLICE PATROL VEHICLES FOR
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-50, approval of specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of six (6) police patrol vehicles, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on January 23, 2017 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2017.
