RESOLUTION NO. 2017-55
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING, BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO
AND THE WALNUT NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING
COALITION TO PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT IN THE
WALNUT NEIGHBORHOOD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding, dated January 23, 2017, between the Walnut
Neighborhood Housing Coalition and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to promote and protect fair,
decent, affordable, mixed-income, and historically preserved housing and residential
development in the Walnut Neighborhood in Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23`d day of January 2017.
