RESOLUTION NO. 2017-69
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC. AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 2, 2017 AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 6, 2017 FOR THE
FY 2018, 2017 COMPLAINT MOWING WITH COMPLAINT
SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of March, 2017, to
approve form of contract, etc. and setting date of bid opening as March 6, 2017, for the F.Y.
2018, 2017 Complaint Mowing with the Complaint Snow Removal Contract.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2017.
