RESOLUTION NO. 2017-70
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS FEBRUARY 23, 2017 AND DATE
OF PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 27, 2017 FOR THE FY
2017 RIVERFRONT STADIUM FLOOD REPAIR PROJECT,
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd day of February, 2017,
to approve preliminary, specifications, bid document, etc. and setting date of bid opening
as February 27, 2017, for the F.Y. 2017 Riverfront Stadium Flood Repair Project.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2017.
