RESOLUTION NO. 2017-72
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TURF
MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Leisure Services of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) John Deere 2653B Utility Mower,
one(1)John Deere TX Turf Gator, One (1)John Deere 2500B Greens Mower, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Leisure Services did file said preliminary specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase of One (1)
John Deere 2653B Utility Mower, one (1) John Deere TX Turf Gator, One (1) John Deere 2500B
Greens Mower, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 6, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase of One (1) John Deere 2653B Utility
Mower, one (1) John Deere TX Turf Gator, One (1) John Deere 2500B Greens Mower, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2017.
