RESOLUTION NO. 2017-73
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TURF
MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-72, specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1), John Deere 2653B Utility Mower, one (1) John
Deere TX Turf Gator, One (1) John Deere 2500B Greens Mower, and one (1) Jacobsen HR700,
wide area, rough mower, for the Leisure Services Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council, after the public hearing on February 6, 2017, as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2017.
