RESOLUTION NO. 2017-75
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)
CHEVROLET IMPALA SEDANS FOR THE POLICE
INVESTIGATION DIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) Chevrolet Impala Sedans, for the
Police Investigation Division, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said preliminary specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of two (2)
Chevrolet Impala Sedans, for the Police Investigation Division, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 6, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with purchase of two (2) Chevrolet Impala Sedans, for the
Police Investigation Division, in the Ci of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby approved as filed.
