RESOLUTION NO. 2017-78
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 PERMEABLE
ALLEY, CONTRACT NO. 905.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 17 Permeable Alley Project, Contract No. 905, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the FY 17 Permeable Alley Project,
Contract No. 905, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 6, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction FY 17 Permeable Alley Project, Contract No. 905, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of February 2017.
