RESOLUTION AWARDING DEMOLITION SERVICES CONTRACT
TO FRICKSON BROS. EXCAVATING FOR DEMOLITION SERVICES
AT 820 NEWELL STREET, 915 NEWELL STREET, 71 FRANKLIN
STREET, 929 LINDEN AVENUE, 426 CHERRY STREET, 310 OAK
STREET, 847 DAWSON STREET, AND 414 THOMPSON STREET IN
THE AMOUNT$75,900.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Demolition Services Contract dated February 6, 2017, between Frickson Bros. Excavating,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the demolition of property located at 820 Newell Street, 915
Newell Street, 71 Franklin Street, 929 Linden Avenue, 426 Cherry Street, 310 Oak Street, 847
Dawson Street, and 414 Thompson Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$75,900.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of February 2017.
