RESOLUTION NO. 2017-89
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS
FOR SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, AND PAVING PROJECT,
SERVING THE AUDUBON HEIGHTS 6TH ADDITION, AS
SUBMITTED BY WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING &
SURVEYING, INC.; AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT,
DNR FORM 28A (SEPT 2010), WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND
ACCEPTANCE BY THE DNR, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Paving Project,
serving the Audubon Heights 6th Addition, as submitted by Wayne Claassen Engineering &
Surveying, Inc., Waterloo, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement, DNR Form 28A (Sept
2010), with the Department of Natural Resources, are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that final acceptance of construction plans be subject to review and
acceptance by the DNR and authorize Mayor to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2017.
