RESOLUTION NO. 2017-90
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $56,000.00 FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
REVIEW SERVICES, FOR FY 2017 WATERLOO BOATHOUSE
ENHANCEMENTS PHASE I PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated February 6, 2017, between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $56,000.00
for for design and construction review services, for FY 2017 Waterloo Boathouse Enhancements
Phase I Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of February 2017.
