RESOLUTION NO. 2016-959
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE ASBESTOS
ABATEMENT SERVICES AT 1020 WELLINGTON STREET, 1120
WASHINGTON STREET, 27 JOHN STREET, 408-410 LOGAN
AVENUE, 1201 MULBERRY STREET, 326 CRESCENT STREET AND
717 FAIRVIEW STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-958, plans, specifications, and form of contract, in
conjunction with asbestos abatement services at 1020 Wellington Street, 1120 Washington
Street, 27 John Street, 408-410 Logan Avenue, 1201 Mulberry Street, 326 Crescent Street and
717 Fairview Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,that it
is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
authorization to proceed with asbestos abatement is approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December 2016.
