RESOLUTION AWARDING ASBESTOS ABATEMENT CONTRACT
TO ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING AND ABATEMENT,
INC. FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES AT 1020
WELLINGTON STREET, 1120 WASHINGTON STREET, 27 JOHN
STREET, 408-410 LOGAN AVENUE, 1201 MULBERRY STREET, 326
CRESCENT STREET AND 717 FAIRVIEW STREET IN THE
AMOUNT$13,222.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Asbestos Abatement Contract dated December 12, 2016, between Advanced Environmental
Testing and Abatement, Inc., and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the asbestos abatement of
property located at 1020 Wellington Street, 1120 Washington Street, 27 John Street, 408-410
Logan Avenue, 1201 Mulberry Street, 326 Crescent Street and 717 Fairview Street, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$13,2220.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12t`day of December 2016.
