RESOLUTION NO. 2016-961
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS PER
ARTICLE IV OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
FDP WTC LLC, FOR THE TECH WORKS REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Plans,per Article IV of the Development Agreement with FDP WTC LLC,
for the Tech Works redevelopment project, are hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December 2016.
