RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH AVITA
DEVELOPMENTS, LLC AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO, TO
REWORD HOW THE INCENTIVES ARE PAID, FOR PROJECT
AT 2413 WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND FULLY EXECUTE
ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated January 3, 2017, between Avita Developments, LLC and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, re-wording the calculation of incentive payments, for the
development of a new medical office at 2413 West Ridgeway Avenue, is hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
