RESOLUTION NO. 2017-11
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH N & S PROPERTY,
LLC AND CITY OF WATERLOO TO ADD THREE (3) YEARS,
AT 50% TAX REBATES, TO THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT,
AND RAISE THE VALUE FROM $700,000 TO $800,000, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND
FULLY EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated January 3, 2017, between N & S Property, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to add three (3) years, at 50%, tax rebates to the original agreement, and
raise the taxable value from $700,000 to $800,000, as a result of additional renovations and
investment to the property located at 401-409 Franklin Street, is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3`d day of January,2017.
