BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA, that a Development Agreement dated January 3, 2017, between N & S Property, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to add three (3) years, at 50%, tax rebates to the original agreement, and raise the taxable value from $700,000 to $800,000, as a result of additional renovations and investment to the property located at 401-409 Franklin Street, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
