Management, Inc., f/k/a VGM Management, Ltd., an Iowa corporation, does hereby convey to City of Waterloo,
Iowa the real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa, described on the acquisition plat attached hereto as Exhibit A,
for purposes of a public street and appurtenant right of way.
Consideration less than $500. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value, and
groundwater hazard statement.
The undersigned covenants with the grantee and its successors in interest to warrant and defend said real
estate against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under the undersigned grantor.
