RESOLUTION NO. 2017-106
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
FWD/AWD CARGO VAN TO SUPPORT ANIMAL CONTROL
OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) FWD/AWD Cargo Van to support
Animal Control Operations, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) FWD/AWD Cargo Van to support
Animal Control Operations, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on February 13, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the one (1) FWD/AWD Cargo Van to support Animal Control Operations is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13t'day of February 2017.
