RESOLUTION NO. 2017-107
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) FWD/AWD CARGO VAN TO
SUPPORT ANIMAL CONTROL OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-106, approval of specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) FWD/AWD Cargo Van to support
Animal Control Operations, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on February 13, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13t`day of February 2017.
