RESOLUTION NO. 2017-108
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 TREE CLEARING- CITY
COMPOSTING SITE, CONTRACT NO. 927.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said City to prepare plans specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Tree Clearing - City Composting Site, Contract No. 927, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Tree Clearing - City Composting Site, Contract No. 927, in the
City of Waterloo,Iowa, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 13, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Tree Clearing - City Composting Site, Contract No. 927, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February 2017.
