RESOLUTION NO. 2017-109
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 TREE CLEARING - CITY
COMPOSTING SITE, CONTRACT NO. 927.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-108, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Tree Clearing - City Composting Site, Contract No. 927, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on February 13, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February 2017.
