RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY ABOLT, INC OF FORT MADISON, IA, AT
A TOTAL COST OF $85,392.80, FOR THE HAWKEYE LIFT
STATION WET WELL REHABILITATION PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 911, AND RECEIVE AND FILE A TWO (2)
YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND..
WHEREAS,Abolt,Inc.,of Fort Madison,IA performed work on the Hawkeye Lift Station
Wet Well Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 911,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, and
WHEREAS,Abolt,Inc.,has completed work on the Hawkeye Lift Station Wet Well
Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 911,at a total cost of$85,392.80.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
THAT the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of work performed are
hereby approved and that the two year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13`x'day of February 2017.
