RESOLUTION NO. 2017-110
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SOUTHLAND
PARK FIFTH ADDITION, A RE-PLAT OF LOTS C-1, C-2, AND C-3 IN
THE SOUTHLAND PARK THIRD ADDITION TO ALLOW FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF SIX (6)NEW RESIDENTIAL LOTS.
WHEREAS, on this 13'h day of February 2017, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of Southland Park Fifth Addition, a re-plat of
lots C-1, C-2, and C-3 in the Southland Park Third Addition, to allow for the development of six
(6) new residential lots, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for
approval, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on November 1,
2016, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of Southland Park Fifth Addition, a re-plat of
lots C-1, C-2, and C-3 in the Southland Park Third Addition, to allow for the development of six
(6) new residential lots, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures to
said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13t`day of February 2017.
