ORDINANCE NO. 5388
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY JON HAUPTLY
FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "C -P" PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN 12,000 SF COMMERCIAL BUILDING,
WITH A 66 -STALL PARKING LOT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "C -P" Planned Commercial District, to allow for the construction an 12,000
SF Commercial Building, with a 66 stall parking lot, located northeast of 1844 West Ridgeway
Avenue and described as follows:
IOWA,
VILLAGE WEST SUBDIVISION, LOT 3, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
and subject to the following conditions:
1. That the final site plan meets all applicable city codes, including but not limited to
landscaping, drainage, etc., except as specifically altered by approval of the site plan
amendment.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
