RESOLUTION NO. 2017-135
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SOUTHLAND
PARK FIFTH ADDITION, A RE-PLAT OF LOTS C-1, C-2, AND C-3 IN
SOUTHLAND PARK THIRD ADDITION, TO ALLOW FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF SIX(6)NEW RESIDENTIAL LOTS.
WHEREAS, on this 20th day of February 2017, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Southland Park Fifth Addition, a re-plat of lots C-
1, C-2, and C-3 in Southland Park Third Addition, to allow for the development of six (6) new
residential lots, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on November 1, 2016, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Southland Park Fifth Addition, a re-plat of lots C-1,
C-2, and C-3 in Southland Park Third Addition, to allow for the development of six (6) new
residential lots, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of Waterloo, Iowa are hereby
authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2017.
