AN ORDINANCE FIXITNG THE 00 LEP SAT ION OF CERTAIN
CITY OFF IC IAL S .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That the compensation of the officers of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, from and after April 1st, 1924, herewith
mentioned, shall be as follows, to -wit:
Mayor, per annum, payable monthly X33, 600.00
Councilmen, per annum, payable quarterly 250.00
City Solicitor, per annum, payable monthly 2,400.00
City Engineer, per annum, payable monthly 3,200.00
City Auditor & Clerk, per annum, payable monthly 3,000.00
( one person to hold both offices)
City Treasurer, per annum, payable monthly 1,500.00
Passed this 31st day of March, 1924.
