AN ORDINANCE vacating a part of Conger Park Addition
to the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COTJNCIL OF TII CITY 0? WT=00, TO'NA:
That the hereinafter described. portion of Conger
Park, an addition to the City of Waterloo,Iowa, be and the same i3
hereby vacated:
Commencing at the Southeasterly corner o_t Lot One (1),
Blo:k Ten (10) Conger Park, and running thence Northeast-
erly along saii lot line to the Northeasterly corner of
said lot; ru4ning thence Northwesterly along the Southerly
side of Locust Street to where a line extending from the
Easterly line of Lot Fifteen (15), Block Six (6), Conger
Park, would intersect the Southerly line of oncost Street;
running thence North .across Loco: t Street and along the
Eesterly side of Lot Fifteen (15), Bloc e: Six_ (6), to the
Northeast corner of said Lot; thence West along the North
side of Tots Fifteen (15) to Twenty (20), and Lot Three (3)
in saii Block Six (6), and acrose Jaeob Street and across
Lot Nine (9), Block Seven (7), Conger Park, to a point
where said line would inter3ect said line of the Northeaster-
ly aide of Said Lot Seven (7), Block Seven (7), Conger Park
it extended; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly
side of eaid Lot Seven to the Soutaerly side of Leland Avenue;
thence Southwesterly along the Southerly side of Leland
Avenue to a point where said line would intersect the North -
line of Elsa Street; thence East along the Worth aide of
Elsa Street to the East line of Locust Street; thence
Northeasterly along this side of Locust .Street to the
Nest line of Lot Three (3), Bloef> Ten (10), Conger Park;
thence South along the Weet line of said Lot Three (.6),
to the South line of said Lot; thence Southeasterly along
the Southerly line of Lots Three (3), Two (2) and One (1),
Bloc?: Ten (10) , Conger ?ark to the place of beginning.
That all streets contained within the above described
area are vec-ited as well as that part of Conger Park.

on the 2nd day of July, 1924 and in the Waterloo Tribune on the
3rd day of Ju ly , 1924.
