That the following described -property being a part
of Elm Street in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, be and the same is
hereby vacated:
.A strip of :ground fifteen feet wide described as follows:
The East fifteen (15) feet of Elm 3 treet as now platted
and extending from the right of way of the Illinois
Central Railroad Company in Riverside Addition to the
East side river front life as now established. Said
fifteen (15) foot strip being West of and adjacent to
Block Nine (9), of Riverside Addition said approximately
one hundred thirty-eight (138) feet long.
