Section 1.- That the following named streets and avenues
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, within the boundaries mentioned
shall be known as boulevards and no motor car or other vehicle
shall drive onto or across the same without first coming to a
dead stop:
Independence Avenue from the East limits of the City vilest
to ;Walnut Street;
Walnut Street from the juncture with Independence Avenue
Northwesterly to East Fifth Street;
-ast Fifth Street from Walnut Street Southwesterly to Fifth
Street Bridge;
