program for downtown property owners and/or developers, together with recommendation

of 3 percent of the company's average net selling price (with a minimum of $5,000
per year) for all stone, sand and gravel mined, quarried, or extracted and sold on
property bounded on the north by Broadway, the east by Wagner Road, the south by the
East Lake and the west by Highway 218, be received, placed on file and "Resolution
setting date of hearing as January 6, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council
Chambers on the above described lease agreement", be adopted and City Clerk
