Prior to a vote on the above motion, the following comments were heard. Councilperson Getty asked for an explanation for the change order to S.S. Louis Company. Administrative Director Bob Stevenson stated that the change order was necessitated by the change to the design of Martin Luther King Drive. The point of termination has been changed as requested by John Deere and Warren Transport. Additional sewer lines and a manhole were required, however substantial savings were made in property acquisition costs with this change. Following discussion a vote was taken on the above motion with the following result.
