Ayes: Seven. Motion carried. 106288 - Jordan/Collier that the Minutes, as proposed, for the Regular Session on Monday, March 4, 1996 at 7:00 p.m., be accepted and approved. Ayes: Seven. Mayor Rooff recognized Police Sergeant Larry Thompson, Recreation Director Tom Reardon and Black Hawk County Health Officer Larry Sivesind for receiving the Annual Citizens for Community Improvement Appreciation Award. Mayor Rooff read a Proclamation declaring March 18-20, 1996 as "The Great Paint Out" Days.
