Prior to a vote on the above motion, the following comments were heard. Mayor Rooff reviewed chronologically the events leading to this date on the negotiations with Hughes Kohl for the airport development. He read portions of the financial reviews on Kohl Real Estate which were prepared by Hogan -Hansen, the city's financial auditors and Piper Jaffrey. After sharing this information Mayor Rooff asked for public comments. L. C. Hennessy, 717 Eastgate, suggested that the ordinance be tabled until after the public hearing is held.
