HEARINGS 108156 - Krizek/Collier that proof of publication of notice of public hearing on the Hess Road PCC Pavement Project, from E. Orange Road to E. Motion carried. 108157 - HOLD HEARING --This being the time and place of public hearing, the Mayor called for oral and written objections and there were none. Scott Ramsell, 1309 E. Shaulis Road, asked what will happen to the traffic on Shaulis from Highway 21. He is afraid it will become a back entrance into Hawkeye Community College. Ramsell is concerned that the probability of traffic accidents will increase because of the volume of residential traffic and the number of bus stops on Shaulis Road. Mayor Rooff asked that traffic control needs be studied along Shaulis Road. Getty/Murphy that the hearing be closed and oral and written comments be received and placed on file. Ayes: Seven.
