Each department was allowed to budget salaries for wage increases and increased health insurance costs. Each department was also required to submit budgets with three percent reductions in contractual and commodity outlay line item categories. The report of the budget review committee was reviewed. The members of the committee were Chairman George Scully, Sandra Wild, Lori Alexander and Scott Hauser. uotgow Naa'J AgTD uewbued uesns •aeTTTop :quesgy •xTS :saAy •w•d 00:8 qv uznocps •parzzso TTouno3 agq gEgg szapuy/(azul/ - ETT8OT n w&anorait 'ZO1-L661 ON paubTssE zoAEw Aq TEnozdds uodn pus pagdopE uorgnTosag •2ar1To3 :quasgy :xis :saAy •pagdopE aq '.056'0E6'S6$ 30 ;mows agq uT gabpng 8661 'A'd butnozddE uoignToseu gEgg uspzor/33oquaTTow - ZTT80T -paTaaso uotgow •zaTTTop :quasgy :xis :saAj •aTT; uo paoe'd pus pantaoaz aq squawwoo uaggTIM pup 'szo pus pasoTo aq burreag 941 TN; uspzor/Aggap -squawanozdwr agq butpun; spuoq zo3 Asd AO squamenozdwt ptm; oq pasn butaq sT anuanaa aaMas ATuo gegg paurs'dxa ;3oog •squawanoadwt raMas butpun; are saxeq Agzadozd ;r peNse waggsN -sgsoo aoueznsur Agzadozd pus aToTgan 'AgiTigETT z03 quewaszngwraz pup 'guawabEUEw goaCozd 'aoueuaqutew pus ztedaz aTorgan apnTout sgsoo asogy •pun; lamas agq zo3 suozcEzado ;o gsoo agq zo3 pun; TEzauab agq eszngwtaz oq ass sza;suszg pun; agy •pun; TE/auab egg oq spun; 1a3suezg oq A4Tzot[gns agq seg AgTo agq sa4Egs uorutdo TEES' E gEgg papuodsaz ;3oou zoAew 'pun; TEzaueb agq oq spun; ra;suszg lou pup squameAozdwt aqg pun; oq sage/ paseazout uoTtezgstutwpE snotnazd alp gptjq pagsgs aH sza;suezg pun; /alas agq ;o A;TTEbaT agq pauotgsanb 'aTep/ano'3 865 'wagqEN auAEM •sexE; Agradozd butonpaz qoC poob E butop z03 TTounop pup zoAsw alp papuawwoo 'uT P[uszd SZSi 'TTEH woy :Tssodoad gabpnq xEg Agradozd TEut; egg uo sguawwoo JO suotgsenb zo; pa Tiro ;;oog roAsw •uorgonzgsuoo antza but/ zatjgn2 uTlasN puE squawanozdwt Teubrs oT3;Ezq 'swpzbord Myg q/odzry apnTour butpun; squemanozdwt Tegrdso JO; SeSEOIouI "SUOT ezado aouEuagu-Ew gaazgs oq pa1ETaz ATgoe1Tp ale sgsoo aTegq ss spun; xsg asn psoz max; papun; aq TTTm guawgredep butzeautbua agy •TEnowaz Mous puE aousuaqurew gaazgs zo3 pasEarouz ore sasuadxa spun; Xeg asn peon arty :spun; bursnog pus UErbozd quawdoTanap Agrunwwoo paseeiout pus quETd Tozguoo uorgn'Tod zajeM Mau aqg e;eiodo oq sgsoo passazour apnTouT sea/E ascii/ :Ana' xpg Agzadozd egg 3o aprsgno seoznos anuanaz Aq gas;;o ore gotgM sasuadxa peseazout ;o SEai9 TEzanas are azag/ 'Anal req aqg goedwr qou ITTM gotq' anuanaz Teuorgrppe Aq gas;3o are SUOTgE/ado 'GUM ro asrnoo ;Tab uT sasEazoui •sUOTge/ado go gs03 ager/doidde agq but/anoo uT gsTese oq spun; Teroads butsseooe Aq teTTop req.
