Ayes: Seven. Motion carried. 107852 - HOLD HEARING --This being the time and place of public hearing, the Mayor called for written and oral objections and there were none. Don Dunlop, as a representative for Basic Materials Corporation, reported that Basic Materials has been trying to obtain this agreement for more than ten years. Three parties stand to benefit from the agreement. Basic Materials will receive product for their sand reserve, and both the Brinker family and the City will receive income from the mining rights. Collier/Krizek that the hearing be closed and oral and written comments be received and placed on file. Ayes: Seven. ORAL PRESENTATIONS 107882 - Forrest Dillavou, 1725 Huntington Rd, is addressing the zoning ordinance and building permit fee schedule. The schedule indicates that permits are charged for improvements which value from $1.00 and up. This would indicate that even to change a doorknob on property you would need a permit.
