Members present: Mayor Rooff, Getty, Jordan, Krizek, Gronen, Anders, Collier.
Members absent: Murphy.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Collier that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the Council Agenda for Monday, December 14,
1998 were reviewed with Department Heads that have items on the agenda..
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Krizek, seconded by Getty
that the meeting be adjourned at 9:25 a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.

COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
December 10, 1998

First Floor Conference Room
Members present: Getty, Krizek, Collier Anders, Gronen.
Members absent: Jordan, Murphy.
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Gronen that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Five.
Absent: Jordan, Murphy. Motion carried.
Assistant City Attorney Sang -Ki Han stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of
Executive Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)0997).
Moved by Getty, seconded by Krizek that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 8:34 a.m.
Ayes: Five. Absent: Jordan, Murphy. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Moved by Getty, seconded by Collier that the Executive Session adjourn at 9:02 a.m. Ayes:
Five. Absent: Jordan, Murphy. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Krizek, seconded by Gronen that the
meeting be adjourned at 9:02 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Jordan, Murphy. Motion carried.
