Mayor John R. Rooff in the Chair. Roll Call: Getty, Murphy, Jordan, Krizek, Gronen, Collier, Anders. Invocation by: Reverend Stanley Kennedy, Retired Methodist Minister. Pledge of Allegiance: Councilperson Joe Collier. ORAL PRESENTATIONS 112531 - Arnold Becker, Waterloo Water Works Board of Trustees, thanked Mayor Rooff and Council Members for the appointment of Dennis Clark and Tim Hurley to serve on the Waterloo Water Works Board of Trustees. Mr. Becker stated that he served with Leon Mosley on the Waterloo Water Works Board of Trustees for 13 years, and Leon served well. Mr. Becker stated that Mr. Mosley was highly respected by management, staff and customers, and that Mr. Mosley has a special way with people. Mr. Becker read a resolution passed by the Waterloo Water Works Board of Trustees and highly recommended that Mayor Rooff extend his appreciation to Mr. Mosley.:. Mayor Rooff stated that he personally talked with Mr. Mosley, and that Mr. Mosley informed him that he was ready for a break.
