RESOLUTION NO. 2017-149
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 RIVERFRONT
STADIUM FLOOD REPAIR PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Riverfront Stadium Flood Repair Project, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Riverfront Stadium Flood Repair Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 27, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2017 Riverfront Stadium Flood Repair Project is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February 2017.
