RESOLUTION NO. 2017-150
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
WITH THE FY 2017 RIVERFRONT STADIUM FLOOD
REPAIR PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-149, approval of the plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Riverfront Stadium Flood Repair Project, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on February 27, 2017 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February 2017.
