RESOLUTION NO. 2017-157A
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DEANA JOLLY TO ALLOW FOR AN 8
FOOT X 12.5 FOOT PATIO, IN CITY OWNED HOOVER
STREET RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED AT 1155 HAWTHORNE
AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Encroachment Agreement, with Deana Jolly, dated February 27, 2017, to allow for an 8 foot
x 12.5 foot patio, in city owned Hoover Street right of way located at 1155 Hawthorne Avenue,
and legally described as follows:
LOT 20 BLOCK 3 MAPLE LEAF ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY,IOWA.
By and between Deana Jolly, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February 2017.
