RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY MATT CONSTRUCTION OF SUMNER,
IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $258,820.30 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE LEISURE SERVICES CHEMICAL
STORAGE BUILDING PROJECT.
WHEREAS,Matt Construction,of Sumner,Iowa,performed work on the Leisure Services
Chemical Storage Building Project, in the City of Waterloo,Iowa, and
WHEREAS,Matt Construction,has completed work on the Leisure Services Chemical
Storage Building Project, at a total cost of$258,820.30.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
That the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of work performed are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27h day of February 2017.
