RESOLUTION NO. 2017-158
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIVERVIEW RECREATION
AREA TRAIL BLAZERS OFF-ROAD CLUB USER AND
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, The Trail Blazers Off Road Club is requesting to enter into a modified User/
Maintenance Agreement for the Riverview Recreation Area to allow for the use of side by side
vehicles in the park, and
WHEREAS,The Trail Blazers, Off Road Club,is requesting that the term of the Agreement
be extended until February 28,2037.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
That the modified User/Maintenance Agreement for the Riverview Recreation Area is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February 2017.
