The Council of City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session in the Council
Chambers in City Hall at 4:00 P.M. on October 31, 1977, pursuant to the fol-
lowing call:
TO CITY COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
You are hereby notified that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, will be held at the Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 4:00 o'clock P.M. on Monday, October 31,
1977, and that said Special Meeting is being called for the purpose of con-
sidering the sale of City Public Parking Lot at Southeast Corner of inter-
section of East Fifth Street and Water Street.
You are further notified that no other business except the above will be
transmitted at said Meeting.

on the three bids for the Public Parking Lot at SE Corner of inter-
section of East Fifth Street and Water Street.

bid of Nelson and Sverdahl in the amount of $45,000.00, approving and
authorizing the sale and conveyance of City Public Parking Lot on
East Side of Cedar River, Govt. Lot 4, in Northwest Quarter of Sect-
ion 25 -89N -13W, at Southeast Corner of Intersection of East Fifth
Street and Water Street, as published in Waterloo Courier on 10/7/77,
and directing and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute and de-
liver a deed for said property", adopted. Ayes: Bowers, Dowie,
Geiger, Getty, Roehr, Wilharm. Nay: Lichty. Resolution adopted
and upon approval of Mayor, assigned No. 25469.

turn checks to the unsuccessful bidders. Motion carried.
73164 - Moved by Bowers, seconded by Wilharm that the Council adjourn.
