All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
16TH day of March,2017 until 1:00 p.m.,
and the proposals will be acted upon at
such later time and place as may then be
fixed by the City Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct public hearing on
specifications

construction of the above-described im-
