day of March, 2017 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
a correct bill for publishing said notice.

be opened in the First Floor Conference
Room at City Hall, for the Purchase of
one(1)Aerial Boom Truck for the Traffic
Department.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
bid document, etc. for the Purchase of
one(1)Aerial Boom Truck for the Traffic
Department, at 5:30 p.m. on March 27, Signed
2017' in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.A bid document may be
obtained from the Public Works Director,
625 Glenwood Street, Waterloo, Iowa,
50703.
Anyone who is interested may appear at Subscribed and sworn to before me this
