Courier, a daily newspaper printed in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, once commencing on the 10th
day of March, 2017 in the name of said newspaper,
and that the annexed rate of advertised is the regular
legal rate of said newspaper, and that the following is
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING a correct bill for publishing said notice.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th
day of March,2017,at 5:30 p.m.,in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, in Printer's Bill $14.10
City Hall in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,a
public hearing will be held by the Council
Of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,to authorize
the sale and cohveyance of city owned
property located at 1003 Lafayette Street,
through the Neighborhood Stabilization
Program, to IOW. Heartland Habitat for
Human)ty with a purchase price of
$130,000.00, and legally described as
follows:
The Northwesterly 101 feet of Lots Nos.7
and 10 in Block 24, except the
Northeasterly 35 feet of the Northwesterly
50 feet, in the Original Plat on the East AI /�/l/► ,
Side of the Cedar River in the City of
Waterloo,Black Hawk County,Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date Signed
set for said hearing.
