RESOLUTION NO. 2017-124
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
MARCH 16, 2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 20,
2017, FOR FY 2017 HIGHLAND PARK PLAYGROUND PROJECT,
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of March, 2017, to
approve preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., and the date of bid opening as
March 16, 2017, for the FY 2017 Highland Park Playground Project Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 2017.
